Be creative with QR Codes

One of the cool features of Olery Feedback is the QR code generator. It allows you to generate a QR code with simply a mouse click and easily distribute a survey to your guests. Of course we provide you with a counter display with your logo to place on your reception desk. But we have already seen countless other creative ways in which QR codes can be used. We recently started a board on Pinterest where, from now on, we will share all the cool QR code examples we come across.

Make it fun for your guests to give feedback

A lot of the examples on our Pinterest board can work as inspiration for your hotel. Be original, be creative, and make it fun for your guests to give feedback! Here are a few great ideas for you to distribute your Olery Feedback QR codes in your hotel.

One simple way is to print the QR code on your receipts. This way your guests will be encouraged to give feedback at the checkout or at the end of their dinner in your restaurant. Usually they keep the receipt which increases the chance they give feedback later on. Besides that it shows you do not only care about your revenue but you are also interested in how your guests feel.

Feedback business cards

Another very easy way is printing the QR code on a business card. This can be done very quickly and again makes it possible for your guests to give feedback on a convenient moment later on.

Of course, the more creative you are the more this will trigger your to see what is exactly hidden behind the QR Code and this will certainly improve the response rates on your surveys.
